This look was originally created as a submission for a Valentines Day contest.
Inner to outer: Kick Ass (Madd Style Cosmetics), a purple from Elohi's Domestic Violence Awareness collection, Black from HIP platinum duo.
Base: NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk
Primer: NP Set Cosmetics eye primer
Liner: HIP cream liner in black
Lips uh a bunch of different glosses/lip sticks layered til i got to a color that i liked.
